Attorney Bowlin earns membership in National Association of Distinguished Counsel

|

Lead Attorney Troy Lee Bowlin II of the Hamblem County firm The Blowlin Law Firm, was just named a member of the Nation's Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel (NADC) for 2015.

The NADC is an organization recognizing premier attorneys who exhibit extraordinary talent and professionalism in their trade. Less than 1% of all practicing attorneys in the U.S. are members of the "Nation's Top Attorneys" thanks to the scrutiny potential members are subjected to.

The multi-stage process NADC uses to select lawyers for membership begins with a nomination from an NADC member, a fellow attorney, or client. The next stage involves a stringent vetting process performed by NADC researchers who review public information on the attorney's website, public profile, client reviews and case results.

Publically-available factors evaluated include:

  • Reputation
  • Years of experience
  • Education
  • Trial experience
  • Case outcomes
  • Professional awards
  • Disciplinary status

These results are then given to a panel of attorneys who select attorneys based on their background, accomplishments, and knowledge. Those selected are considered the elite class of attorneys.

To choose the final candidates for membership, a judicial review board considers potential invitees. Those invited are believed to embody the values of the NADC—virtue in the course of the practice of law.

Inclusion for membership is yet one more demonstration of the professional excellence exhibited by Attorney Bowlin and The Bowlin Law Firm. Since 2005 the firm has been servicing the community's legal needs and has received a perfect 10.0 Superb score from Avvo reflecting his commitment to obtaining client goals.
